Faulty Goods

We must be notified of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of package either by phone on 01787 210 917 or by e mail at sales@electritech.co.uk (preferably both) and refund or replacement (on receipt of faulty goods) will be arranged.

Return of faulty goods

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and returned by the same method of postage as their delivery and must be packaged in a secure and safe fashion to ensure no further damage during return transit. A full refund of any postage costs will immediately be issued to your credit card.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned items Non Faulty Goods

Return of non faulty goods

All goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods must be sent back by secure postage (we can accept no responsibility for goods sent back by unregistered post) and must be packaged in a secure and safe fashion to ensure no damage during return transit. The full cost of the return postage is you, the customers, own expense and no refund is available.
